This is a recipe to help you chill during the summer heat :)
no cooking, no oven needed:
Curried Fruit Salad
(Any combination of fruit works equally well for this recipe. Experiment with your favorites!)
Place fruits, coconut, and raisins in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Toss to combine.
In a small glass or ceramic bowl, gently stir yoghurt, orange zest, and curry powder until well combined. Pour over the fruit mixture and toss to coat fruit evenly. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Serve chilled.
Makes 6 servings (1 cup each).
